Follow-up to inspection report #KLIU-CF7SRV: > Sanitizer dispense at 2 compartment sink has been repaired. Now dispensing 200ppm QUATS sanitizer. > Cleaning in required areas has been completed. Shelving units in the back room are to be reorganized so that there is clearance between the shelving units and the wall, making this space accessible for both cleaning and pest control purposes. > Health permit now posted in a conspicuous location. **Please ensure locked storage closet is included in regular cleaning and maintenance. Few miscellaneous dry items (straws, sugar packages) were noted below the shelving unit. These items were removed at the time of inspection. Signature not obtained due to COVID protocols. Report printed and reviewed with manager on site.
