Premise is quite clean.
Note that kitchen floor was replaced recently, coved epoxy-type finish. Very nice.
Fridges are all under 4 Celsius and organized.
No sign of pests.
Dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine
Glasswasher had 12.5 ppm iodine
Hand sinks are stocked and working
