General sanitation is satisfactory.
Clean and repaint the wall behind the wash down sink in the kitchen. Wipe the kitchen wall next to the back door.
Temperature of refrigeration units are satisfactory.
Handwashing stations are satisfactory.
An IR thermometer is being used to check temperatures. However, there should be a thermometer inside each fridge as well.
