Observation: Quats chemical feed not at 200 ppm. Tested with two types of strips and both read around 100 ppm. Adjusted water temperature to around luke warm water. Also tested spray bottles in servery area. No residual measured.
Corrective Action(s): Make sure chemical feed is adjusted to read proper residual (strong 200 ppm). Make sure water temperature for quats feed is around body temp/ luke warm temp. as discussed. Make sure staff regularly change quats in mini bottles in the front. Make sure there are spray bottles kept in each of the prep and service areas.
