-Handwashing sinks contain hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel
-Coolers measured 4C or less except creamer units
-Temperature system in place for burger toppings
-Hot holding above 60C
-Random check of burger patties cooked to 71C.
-General sanitation is adequate
-No signs of pest infestation.
-3 compartment sink available and equipped
-Quat dispenser maintains 200-400ppm. Test strips are available. Ensure to check concentration
-Chlorine buckets with wiping cloths measured 100ppm chlorine packets
-Ice machine is clean and scoops is stored in a sanitary manner
-Covid-19 plan is in place. Plan is sent from head office. Ensure plan applies to each specific location. Updated orders discussed.
