Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quat sanitizer bottle was empty at the time. Test strips are missing.
Corrective Action(s): Manager replaced the quat sanitizer at the dispensing station and test strips will be ordered from the chemical supplier.

Met with the Manager on site.
Discussed the hand washing procedure and frequency of changing the gloves at the food prep area.
The disposable paper towel was missing at the hand wash station beside the dishwashing area. Corrected at the time.
Quat measured at 200ppm/ used for the front counters
Bleach / available as approved sanitizer at the 3 compartment sink/ measured at 100ppm
