Met with the Manager on site. Discussed the hand washing procedure and frequency of changing the gloves at the food prep area. The disposable paper towel was missing at the hand wash station beside the dishwashing area. Corrected at the time. Quat measured at 200ppm/ used for the front counters Bleach / available as approved sanitizer at the 3 compartment sink/ measured at 100ppm Food Safe requirements have been met
