Ensure all staffs are aware that old, heavily stained wiping clothes should not be used on counters and food contact surfaces. Change the door handle. Accumulated food debris under the cooking equipment pushed to the back. Make sure the floor is cleaned all the way to be wall each night. Storage room is thoroughly cleaned and items are stored in hard containers. Ensure back door is closed.
