Observation: Spray bottle with yellow solution has washed out label.
Corrective Action(s): Confirmed with manager that the solution is "Protocol K 300i" which is used for surface cleaning. Replace the bottle that has legible label.

Sanitation is good in general.
All handsinks are fully equipped.
All QUAT sanitizer solutions in buckets measured at 200ppm with test strips.
Frozen beverage dispensers (2) measured at 0 C.
All cooling units at 4 C of below.
Walk-in freezer at -18 C.
All hot holding units at 60 C or above.
High temperature dishwasher reached 77.6 C at plate level during the final rinse cycle.
No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection.

COVID PREVENTION PROTOCOLS:
- Staff check in forms available & in use.
- Appropriate signages posted in the facility.
- Plexiglass barrier installed at POS.
- Covid Safety Plan available on-site.
