Copy of receipt shown at the time of inspection - self closing device installed on the wash room door - hand wash stations equipped with wall mounted soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers and back splash - thermometers available in all cold holding units - baseboard and wall joints are coved - Clean the walk in cooler fan grill - fill the hole near the rear door Health approval granted to operate.
