Comments

A follow-up inspection:
- Cleaning of the walls under and behind equipment has been done. No food stains or debris found. Ensure these areas are done on a regular basis.
- The front 2-comp sink's faucet has been sealed to the counter top. A part has been ordered to help secure the faucet to the counter top.
- At time of inspection, there was no staff members working that possessed a valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate. Health regulations state that there MUST be one person, working at all times, that possesses a valid FoodSafe level 1 certificate.

ACTION
IMMEDIATELY schedule at least one staff members, who possess a valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate, to work each shift. Instruct all staff members to obtain a FoodSafe Level 1 certificate ASAP. Failure to have one staff member working with a valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate (or a recognized equivalent course) will result in the issuance of tickets, fines, and/or orders.
