Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher had a final rinse of 10 ppm chlorine at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer was changed and dishwasher had a final rinse of 50 ppm chlorine. Must use test strips to check sanitizer every day on dishwasher.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink by the ice machine and pop storage has no soap or paper towel.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand sinks have liquid soap, and paper towel at all times.

Observation: 1. Found multiple food items being stored in containers (i.e. Rubbermaid in dry storage, trays/containers in cooler/freezer, container of dry bread) with out lids, or plastic wrap.
2. Do not store food underneath drips in the walk in freezer, ice coming from condenser is not considered edible and should not be allowed to build up on food items (i.e. ice cream).
3. Found bags of onions sitting on the floor.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure all food is properly covered to protect from contamination.
2. move food items so they are not stored directly below condenser where ice is building up.
3. Ensure all food is store 6" off of the ground to prevent contamination.

Observation: Found food and grease build up noted through out the premises, including but not limited to inside coolers/freezers, on shelves, Rubbermaid containers in dry storage, on walls, under, behind and between equipment especially around cooking line and dishwashing area.
Corrective Action(s): A thorough and deep clean is required through out the premises, including walls, shelves, inside coolers and freezers, and the floors under all equipment to remove all food and grease build up.
