Note: Operator advised that extra hot plates are in used because approved unit requires repair. Adequate counter space beside existing hot plate for extra hot plate storage. Extra hot plates are a temporary measure and must be removed once original approved hot plate is repaired.

- Each cooler and freezer unit is equipped with a thermometer.
- Chlorine bleach available to make 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution.
- 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution available in spray bottles.
- Wiping cloths stored in 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution.
- Interior of ice machine and ice bin appear maintained in a sanitary condition. Ice scoops are stored in an acceptable manner - handles are not touching ice.
- FOODSAFE requirements are in compliance. Operator has a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (expiry 2027).
