Follow-up inspection conducted. -Operator replaced refrigerator in back area with a new one. Refrigerator is now maintaining foods at or below 4C. Thermometer present inside unit. -Overall sanitation has improved. Cupboards and stored equipment are clean. Area under display unit in front area is clean. -Handsink in back area is fixed and cold knob has been installed. -Wooden drawers have been sealed. -Sanitizer spray bottle measured at 200ppm. -Operator has paper copy of valid FoodSafe certificate on-site. -Report printed and reviewed with operator on-site.
