Bag holder for sliced deli meats has thick layer of food debris/grease around the support posts and base bolts. Corrective Action(s): Employees must not eat, drink or smoke while on duty and personal foods must not be kept in the food premises. Food/snacks should be consumed while on break and employees wash their hands before returning to work. Violation Score: 15 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Encrusted food and debris in microwave and drawers/cupboards.
