Observation: Unwrapped chocolate bar with one square of chocolate left in top deli drawer beside deli meats/cheese cooler.
Bag holder for sliced deli meats has thick layer of food debris/grease around the support posts and base bolts.
Corrective Action(s): Employees must not eat, drink or smoke while on duty and personal foods must not be kept in the food premises. Food/snacks should be consumed while on break and employees wash their hands before returning to work.
