Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is great. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. All coolers measured at 4C or less. All freezers at adequate temperature. Hot holding items measured at 60C or higher. Food contact surface sanitizers measured at 200 ppm QUATs as per test strips. Ice machine in sanitary condition. General food storage practice is excellent (covered, labelled, etc.).
