Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Raw meat and shelled eggs were stored above ready-to-eat foods.
2) Rice scoop was stored with handle in contact with the rice.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure raw foods are stored below and/or separately from ready-to-eat foods to prevent potential contamination of foods. Eggs and raw meat was relocated at the time of inspection.
2) Ensure scoops are stored in a sanitary manner to prevent potential contamination of foods. Scoop was relocated at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Under counter pizza cooler was at 1C.
-Pizza dough cooler was at 4C.
-Domestic refrigerator/freezer was at 2C/-18C.
-Chest freezers were both less than -18C.
-Upright freezer was at -15C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plug available.
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer pail was at 200ppm.
-Meat slicer was properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
-General sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until July 29, 2023.
