- Spray bottles had Sink and Surface cleaner which was 700/1875
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 50 ppm chlorine
- Glass washer had 25 ppm iodine.
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection

NOTE: now doing sous vide cooking, Food Safety Plan needs to be updated. Will provide information on proper sous vide procedures.
