Comments

-Discussed the installation of a ventilation hood. Submit floor plans to Fraser Health and the City prior to installing the ventilation hood. Information provided on the requirements for floor plans. - All fried items must be removed from the menu, including but not limited to samosas and falafels, until a dedicated cooking area is setup for these foods with a working commercial ventilation hood. No foods were kept at room temperature during the inspection. A thermometer was installed in the prep cooler. The counter around the hand sink is now made of a smooth and easy to clean material. The broken chest freezer and deep fryer in the back was removed. The charcoal barbecue outside the back door was removed.
