Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer was prepared but measured greater than 200 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Dilute or remake bleach sanitizer. Bleach sanitizer must be maintained between 100 - 200 ppm. Use chlorine test strips to measure the concentration.

Follow-up to inspection conducted on July 6, 2020 (Report MLOO-BR9QEY)

- Left side prep cooler was not in use. No food was stored within. Cooler was defrosted and the temperature measured 6-7°C. Provide update to health inspector once repairs have been made or if it will be replaced/removed.
- Temperature logs have been maintained
- General sanitation has improved. Continue to clean all areas regularly.
- COVID-19 procedures have been implemented. Written safety plan is currently a work in progress.
