Rice scoop stored in a clean empty container.
Food contact surface sanitizer was measured at 100 ppm as per test strips.
Green beans are stored >15cm off the floor.
Back door was closed at this time.
Dry storage areas has been organized for better monitoring of pest activity.
General sanitation is adequate.
Operator is certified with FOODSAFE Level 1.
