Observation: 1. Two bleach spray bottles measured at 20 ppm bleach solution. 2. Dough mixer had food debris left on the mixer bowl. 3. Dust build up observed on the inside door of the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Discard and remake the bleach spray bottles to ensure atleast 100 ppm bleach is available. corrected during inspection.
2. Clean and sanitize the dough mixer bowl after each use or every 4 hours if the mixer is being continuelly used. correct by: immediately.
3. Clean and sanitize the ice machine. Discard the first batch of ice from the ice machine after cleaning and sanitizing. correct by: immediately.

- Pizza cooler inserts at 4C and bottom section at 4C.
- Up-right freezer at required temperature.
- Two chest freezers at -18C.
- Two bar coolers at 4C, no food items were stored inside.
- Beverage coolers at 4C.
- Under counter cooler near the bar area at 3C.
- Walk-in cooler at 3C.
- Hot holding units at 62C.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 100 ppm bleach registered from the low temperature dishwasher at the plate level.
- 100 ppm bleach solution available from 2 sanitizing spray bottles.
- Food storage organized.
- Items in the walk in coolers were stored off the ground, raw meats were separated from ready to eat products.
- No pest activities observed.
