Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. 4 chicken wraps with cheese were stored under ambient room temperature. Internal temperature measured at 27C. Operator stated the wraps were cooked for more than 2 hours.
2. Bake goods containing eggs and cheeses were stored on the display shelf under ambient room temperature. Internal temperature at 25C. Operator stated the goods were baked 1 hour ago.
Corrective Action(s): Discard aforementioned wraps and move the baked goods into the cooler immediately. Potential hazardous food must be stored at 4C or less / 60C or above at all times.
