Observation: Facility's front area was to be utilized as a pick-up/waiting area only. All baked goods were to be packed in the manufacturing area, not at the front. Handwashing station requirement has already been explained and discussed prior to and during the initial inspection.

A small cooler filled with ice packs to store dairy for coffee service has never been approved by the health inspector.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have the floorplan updated and approved by the health inspector prior to making any changes.

Facility started serving coffee based drinks on site without approval. Correction Order issued at this time.
Findings during the inspection and correction order were discussed and explained to the operator over the phone at the time of the inspection. Possible locations for the extra sink discussed.

Copy of this report and Correction Order to be emailed to the operator today and hand-delivered tomorrow.
