Observation: Meat slicer was dirty. The base of the blender had a buildup of spilt liquids.
Correction: The meat slicer must be taken apart and sanitized every 4 hours. All equipment must be washed after use.

Meat slicer was clean.
Cleaning issues had been addressed. Keep on top of cleaning issues.
Pest control technician is scheduled to come tomorrow. EMAIL ME A COPY OF THE SERVICE REPORT.
Most foods in the prep coolers are covered.
Small undercounter cooler by front hand sink has been fixed. Temperature inside the cooler was 4 degC.
