Following are observed during routine inspection: - All handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel - Walk-in cooler, under counter cooler and drinks cooler are measured at less than 4C - Walk-in freezer and chest freezer are working properly - Hot holding unit is greater than 60C - Adequate temperature logs are maintained on consistent basis - Three compartment sinks is available with sanitize solution in third compartment measured at 100ppm chlorine - Sanitizer solution available in bucket at 100ppm bleach - Foodsafe verified - No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection - General sanitation is satisfactory
