Follow up inspection.

Sliding door cooler still at 5.5 degrees C. Must be repaired or serviced immediately so that it maintains 4 C or below.

-Dishwashing area has been pressure washed.
-Floor and shelving in the walk-in cooler have been cleaned.
-Floor in dry storage area has been cleaned to remove rodent droppings. No droppings noticed at the time of
inspection.
-Staff washroom has been thoroughly cleaned and organized.

*Ensure all items in dry storage room are stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Overnight, all food items must be kept covered.
* New traps need to be set up for monitoring.
* De-clutter the dry storage room to remove un-used items.
*Beer Keg cooler still require cleaning.

The Public Health Act order dated July 31, 2017 is now rescinded.
