Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were found:
- Fridge was 4C or colder; freezer was -16C or colder; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily.
- Hand sink had liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. The sink no longer constantly drips on the Harvest side.
- Maple side: High temperature dishwasher had rinse cycle temperature of 74.1C at the plate's surface as per max/min thermometer. Thermolabels used to monitor the rinse temperature.
- Harvest side: Domestic sanitizing dishwasher was running and the sani-cycle was chosen. Good.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; date coded; and stored 6" off the floor.
- No expired foods if use. FIFO rules being followed.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottle was 200ppm.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- All in order.
