Cooler inserts registered 10 Celcius.
Corrective Action(s): Discard all potentially hazardous foods held inside prep cooler and on top if held above 4 Celcius for more than 2 hours.
DO NOT use front prep cooler to hold potentially hazardous foods (inside unit or on top) until a follow-up inspection is done and cooler cna hold all foods at 4 Celcius or colder.
Failure to comply with the above requirement and current Correction Order will result in legal action.
