Lighting in walk-in cooler/freezer is low. Replace bulb with stronger wattage to make cleaning (and reading date labels) easier. Premises a little disorganized in the back as shelves and storage reorganization underway. OK. Cooling units 4 C or less. Hot holding above 60 C. OK Handwash stations good. Quats in spray bottle and at sink measuring 200 ppm - OK. Premises ownership currently in transition. Make sure new operator submits proper paperwork to this office as soon as possible.
