Hot water at each faucet - 54.6 Degrees Celsius final temperature

Environmental Health Officer to return on Friday at 10-10:30 am for follow up inspection. TICKET will be issued during this follow up inspection for the incidents that occurred on December 3, 2019, specifically non-compliance of an Order. Ensure Manager or District Manager is on site with proper photo identification (i.e. Driver's License).

Staff and Management are to discuss operational procedures when future events occur such as fire, floods, broken dishwasher, lack of hot water, lack of electricity or some other event that would jeopardize public safety and proper food safety practices.
