Recommendation:

- Do not keep paper bags with old bread on the floor in the storage area (open cold unit) because it's going to be for human consumption (dry bread); Keep off the floor (eg., on shelves);
- Please more effort - do not dump utensils in hand washing sinks;
- Would be great idea to wash the gasket around the prep. cooler door (food debris & grease);
