* Thermolabels provided to staff due to very long sanitizing cycle of domestic dishwasher. Place a thermolabel on dishware and run it through the sanitizing cycle as per the usual method. Email photo of sticker to the undersigned no later than March 8, 2019. Dishwasher must reach 71C at the final rinse cycle (the first two squares on the thermolabel must turn black).
