- Premises and equipment maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Handwashing sinks in front service area, dishwashing area and staff/public washroom supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot + cold water.
- Coolers operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder)
- Walk-in cooler 2C
- Prep table cooler 3C
- Beverage cooler 4C
- Freezers maintaining product in a frozen state:
- Chest freezer -16C
- Frigidaire upright freezer -19C
- Danby upright freezer -16C
- Thermometers present in coolers and freezers. Temperatures are monitored and recorded daily. Records were complete and up to date at time of the inspection.
- Time tracking in place for pizzas. Reviewed records/documentation shown at time of the inspection. Pizzas are frozen after 1.5 hr.
- Bleach sanitizer solution present in spray bottle for use on food contact surfaces (ie. counter) and CIP equipment (meat slicer). 200ppm chlorine detected in solution.
- Manual warewashing used. Operator is knowledgeable about proper manual warewashing procedures (wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry).
- Chlorine test strips present for verfiying sanitizer concentration.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Multi catch trap and glue traps present for monitoring.
- Operator present and has completed Foodsafe level 1 refresher course. Certificate valid until July 2023. Additional staff member on duty has also completed Foodsafe level 1 refresher.
