Follow up to report # MBEK-CRUV8J. Operator stated that front area preparation cooler noted on previous routine health inspection report has been serviced. Ambient temperature measured approximately 5 to 6 degrees C. Operator contacted service technician to have cooler re-serviced today. Ensure cooler is capable of maintaining food at 4 degrees C or less. Hand sinks unobstructed. Hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels supplied. Equipment/utensils noted on previous report cleaned/sanitized. Follow up inspection to be conducted. Refer to previous routine health inspection report for additional outstanding violations.
