Comments

-Vegetable cooler had an ambient temperature of 8 C. Adjusted during the inspection. Ensure that it goes down to 4 C or colder.
The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine. Discussed installing a new booster for the dishwasher with the operator.
The back door now seals properly.
No evidence of pests.
Bleach solution was at 100 ppm.
Coolers were < 4 C.
Freezers were < -18 C.
