Comments

General sanitation is good. Floors under equipment are clean.
Handwashing stations are satisfactory except in the bar. Provide paper towel and dispenser.
Keep the handle of the ice scoop out of the ice (i.e., bar ice bin).
Sanitizer is detected in the dishwasher.
Replace the soiled ceiling tiles and missing light covers at the back of the kitchen.
Operator should obtain FoodSafe certification.
