Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One insert of cut tomatoes, lettuce, mushrooms, green onions and cucumber stored in under the counter cooler measured with an internal temperature of 12C.
Corrective Action(s): Move all aforementioned food to another functional cooler. Cold potentially hazardous food must be kept at 4C or less.

Corrective Action(s): Do not use bowls to scoop not food or store then on top of food. Use a spoon with handle to scoop out food. Remove the bowls from preparation cooler. Correct by: immediately.

Routine inspection:
- Walk-in and prep cooler measured at 4C or less.
- Walk-in freezer functional. Condensation of water noted. Ensure to monitor the freezer temperature.
- Hot food hot held above 60C.
- 3-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use paper towel.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in buckets and from the dispenser.
- Deli slicer maintained in sanitary condition.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
- Temperature records sporatically maintained. Some dates were not available on site at the time.
