-Follow-up inspection to May 18, 2023.
-Prep cooler was serviced. Refrigeration gas was added to the cooler unit and it was at 4C (top and bottom). Continue to monitor cooler and service as needed.
-Walk-in freezer thermostat control was adjusted and freezer was at -16C.
-Handwash station was not obstructed at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe raw meats stored above ready-to-eat foods at the time of inspection.
