Pest control coming every two weeks for the next three months. Please work with pest control company to eliminate pests. However, there is notably less and cleaning has been completed. These are new droppings and must be cleaned up as soon as they are spotted. Cleaning has been done. Ventilation hood has been cleaned. Sanitizer in spray bottle measure 200ppm chlorine. Operator emailed EHO valid FOODSAFE equivalent and latest pest control report. Note: - Vents on the friers observed to be heavily accumulated with grease and grime. Please ensure the equipment are also properly cleaned (Grills and Friers) - Facility has a long history of rodent issues. Please ensure there is no slacking of pest control. Please ensure pest control company comes once a month even when pest activity appears low. >>> Further enforcement action maybe taken should increasing rodent droppings are observed in the next routine inspection.
