Observation: Rodent Droppings still observed in areas from the last inspection. However, there is notably less and cleaning has been completed. These are new droppings and must be cleaned up as soon as they are spotted.
Corrective Action(s): Please clean rodent droppings as soon as it is spoted using 1part bleach to 10parts water.

Cleaning has been done.
Ventilation hood has been cleaned.
Sanitizer in spray bottle measure 200ppm chlorine.
Operator emailed EHO valid FOODSAFE equivalent and latest pest control report.

Note:
- Vents on the friers observed to be heavily accumulated with grease and grime. Please ensure the equipment are also properly cleaned (Grills and Friers)
- Facility has a long history of rodent issues. Please ensure there is no slacking of pest control. Please ensure pest control company comes once a month even when pest activity appears low.
