Corrective Action(s): 1) Keep all raw meats below all other foods to prevent accidentally contaminating food that is ready to eat. (corrected during inspection)
2) Only 5mL bleach is required in 1L water to make a bleach solution. A quats based sanitizer is also acceptable if smell is a concern (make sure the label is followed). Dishwashing sign in Korean provided

Observation: The only person on site who said they have a Foodsafe certification said they took it over 5 years ago.
Corrective Action(s): Certificate expires after 5 years. Renew certification and make sure at least 1 person with FoodSafe is working at all times the restaurant is operating. Due: 6 months.
