-Pork and vegetable rice: cooked in the morning --> hot held for the rest of the day
Corrective Action(s): Operator is to submit Food Safety Plans for these menu items -you are not to advance prepare these foods until these plans are approved.

Follow-up Inspection:

-Reviewed proper cooling methods -operator will be purchasing ice wand(s) to facilitate this, operator will purchase a food thermometer / temperature gun for monitoring temperatures
-Operator will be time stamping perishable foods stored at room
-no foods under sinks
-operator to screw in paper towel dispenser at bar sink
-Ice machine clean and appears sanitized
-bleach sanitizer buckets prepared >100ppm as per test strips -towels left there when not actively used
-Chlorine Test Strips on order -some provided in the meantime
-Bar area shelves and counters have been cleaned and organized
-no goods stored on the floor in the hallway
-shelving units in the kitchen have been adjusted >15cm off the floor
-bar freezers have been defrosted
