Observation: On one of the dry storage racks, there were tools (nails, screwdrivers, etc) stored beside other food items (one open bottle of powder seasoning, a can opener, cans of food, etc). Operator said that some of the food items belong to him. Whether the food items belong to operator/staff or not, food cannot be stored in a commercial kitchen next to tools, nails, etc.
Corrective Action(s): Keep all tools and non food-equipment away from food and food utensils (can opener) at all times.

-Handwash station has soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water (at 2 compartment sink-- this is an old kitchen that was approved to have the handsink and 2 compartment sink as a dual function)
-Domestic cooler: 2.9 deg C
-Sliding glass door cooler: 3 deg C
-Domestic freezer: -17 deg C
-Chest freezer: -20 deg C
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.1 deg C on rinse cycle at dish level
-Fumehood good
-General sanitation is satisfactory, no signs of pests at time of inspection
-Bleach water in rag bucket is at 100 ppm chlorine residual,
-->Note: Do NOT mix soap into the bleach water solution, as this will decrease the sanitizing efficacy.
