-Handwash sinks contain hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel
-Coolers measured 4C or less
-Freezer measured -18C
-Temperature logs available and thermometers present in refrigeration and freezer units
-3 compartment sink available and equipped. Ensure drain pipe properly drains into rinse sink and not onto the table.
-Ice machine scoops stored in sanitary condition
-High temperature dishwasher measured above 71C at plate level
-Quat dispenser measures 200ppm and test strips available
-Dry storage satisfactory
-Note: food safe certificates provide. Ensure it is equivalent to foodsafe level 1. Copies can be emailed to district Environmental Health Officer to be verified.
