Deep clean conducted by staff, all food debris noted in previous routine inspection report has been cleaned up - good
Garbage can obtained for back of house, lower shelf of back of house work counter lifted, and mop storage area organized.
New wire rack shelving to be installed in back of house adjacent to the fire extinguisher
Staff will be undergoing FOODSAFE level 1 recertification in summer. Manager on site had valid FOODSAFE level 1 certification.
