- All food is stored off the floor in food grade containers - back door was closed at time of inspection - all plastic wrap and corrugated plastic has been removed - 3 compartment sink had 200 ppm chlorine - all items have been corrected NOTE: premises has received approval from City and health department to install a dishwasher next to 3 compartment sink
