-Followup Inspection -Back door has been lowered to eliminate gaps. Reminder that gaps greater than 1/4 inch must be eliminated as they are a potential pest entry point -Front handwashing sink contains paper towel -Dirty lids have been removed and cardboard has been removed from premises -Foods not thawed out at room temperature -Foods are not stacked on top of each other with the lids in contact with the food -Food utensils are not stored in standing water -Vinegar and water spray bottle has been removed -Droppings removed and no new ones noted -Chest freezer lid has been cleaned -No potentially hazardous foods are stored in the front display cooler -Rusty discolored knife has been discarded -note: food safety plan to be emailed to District Environmental Health Officer
