Observation: 1) Back hand sink paper towel dispenser doesn't work, no paper towels out to use
2) Front hand sink blocked by lid in the sink
3) Front hand sink has no paper towels in the dispenser, only paper towels by cash register. Staff cannot open the paper towel dispenser due to a lost key
Correction: Ensure both hand sinks have no items in them and both have liquid soap and paper towels to allow for proper hand washing by Monday March 18/24

Observation: No paper towels in dispensers again, this is an ongoing issue.
Correction: Correction order issued as staff and management are aware paper towels must be in the dispensers (front and back) however staff are not following through with putting paper towels in dispensers. Paper towels MUST be in dispensers by end of day today, March 18/24. Follow up inspection tomorrow.

Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)]
Observation: Staff are not washing in back when preparing and portioning food.
Correction: Staff are relying on wearing gloves and not actually washing their hands when moving from handling money, to portioning chicken. Staff MUST wash hands after handling money then put on gloves. by March 18/24
