Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezer operating at -18'C.
- Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
- Timer available for the front pizza station- set to 45min- must be recorded.
- Pizza slices were above 60'C at this time.
- 200ppm Quats available in spray bottles and at automated dispenser.
- 3 compartment sink equipped for manual dishwashing.
- Washroom handsink satisfactory.

General sanitation level of the facility satisfactory throughout, but could be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas (i.e. floors behind large kitchen equipment) on a more regular basis.
