Wiping rags in use stored in dilute bleach sanitizer. 100 ppm chlorine Storage areas organized. Staff personal items centralized together away from food and food prep. areas. Margarine stored in covered container. Single use items stored upside down to protect from contamination. Required premise cleaning completed. Food debris and mouse droppings build-up removed. Ensure premise sanitation is maintained on a daily basis to maintain current condition. Plastic film removed from all cabinets.
