Correction: - Ensure these parts get cleaned & sanitized everyday. Date to be corrected by: Immediately Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # KKIM-CPBPQH of Feb-23-2023 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: - Handsink by the kitchen door is broken - no water accessible for handwashing. - A colander with cooked macaroni pasta observed inside the back kitchen handsink. Correction: - Repair the handsink and ensure the handsinks are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers. - Colander was removed from the sink at the time of inspection.
