- Juice dispenser nozzles oberved with accumulation of concentrates debris.
Correction:
- Ensure these parts get cleaned & sanitized everyday.

Observation:
- Handsink by the kitchen door is broken - no water accessible for handwashing.
- A colander with cooked macaroni pasta observed inside the back kitchen handsink.
Correction:
- Repair the handsink and ensure the handsinks are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers.
- Colander was removed from the sink at the time of inspection. Ensure handsink is accessible at all times for HANDWASHING ONLY.

- Juice dispenser nozzles have been cleaned.
- Handsink is repaired and fully operational. Hot and cold running water available in adequate pressure.
- Cardboard boxes are discarded and plastic bins are in use to contain lids etc.
